Return and Refund Policy
Pursuant to articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the delivery of the order, without having to provide any reason.
How to make a return
- Communicate your intention to withdraw within 14 days of delivery by writing to pieraguerrini998@gmail.com (or via WhatsApp at +39 380 784 7380), indicating the order number and items to be returned.
- Ship the garments within 14 days of communication to: xo boutique di piera guerrini — Largo San Nicola 5, 66043 Casoli (CH), Italy.
- The costs and organization of the return shipment are entirely borne by the customer. We recommend tracked shipping: the goods travel at the sender's risk until delivery.
Condition of the items
Items must be returned intact, unworn, unwashed, with original labels and tags attached and, where possible, in their original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.
Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, sealed items that have been opened after delivery (e.g. underwear, socks, earrings) are excluded from the right of return, as provided for by art. 59 of the Consumer Code.
Refund
The refund of the amount of the returned items (excluding any delivery costs) will be made within 14 days of receipt and verification of the goods, using the same payment method as the order.
Defective or incorrect items
In case of a defective product or one different from what was ordered, the legal guarantee of conformity (articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code) applies: contact us and we will resolve it at our expense.
