Delivery times

Orders are handed over to the courier within 1-2 working days of confirmation. Delivery generally takes place within 24-72 working hours from collection, except for remote areas or peak periods.

Tracking

Upon shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking code to follow the delivery.

Failed delivery

In case of failed delivery due to the recipient's absence, the courier will make a new attempt or leave a notice for release. We invite you to verify the correctness of the address entered during the order: any redelivery costs for an incorrect address will be borne by the customer.
