1. Seller

2. Subject

These conditions govern the distance selling of clothing and accessories through the website, aimed at consumers pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

3. Prices

All prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs, if applicable, are indicated before order confirmation.

4. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded with the Seller's order confirmation, sent via email after payment. The Seller reserves the right not to accept anomalous orders or in case of subsequent unavailability of the product; in such a case, the full amount will be refunded.

5. Payments

Payments are made using the methods indicated at checkout, managed by secure providers. The Seller never comes into possession of full card details.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery takes place exclusively in Italy as provided by the Shipping Policy.

7. Right of withdrawal

The consumer can withdraw within 14 days of delivery according to the procedures of the Return and Refund Policy. Return costs are borne by the customer.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of 24 months pursuant to articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code. In case of defect, contact the Seller at the contacts indicated.

9. Dispute Resolution

For any dispute, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile is competent. It is also possible to use the European online dispute resolution platform (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
